These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of evadineknightly.com (the “Site”), operated by Evadine Knightly Publishing (“we,” “us,” “our”), located in British Columbia, Canada. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

2) Purpose of the Site

The Site provides content related to the Anunnaki story world and publishing process, including (as available):

• fiction and story-related materials (chapters, anecdotes, lore)

• free downloads (PDFs and other files)

• videos, audio, and other media

• writing craft notes and technical/publishing updates

 

The Site also offers optional email subscriptions. Some emails and pages may be written “in character,” including messages presented as coming from Evadine Knightly, as part of a storytelling experience.

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 where required by local law) to use the Site or subscribe to emails. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You agree not to:

• use the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation

• submit someone else’s email address to our forms without their permission

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Site at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms.

5) Email subscriptions

If you subscribe, you agree to receive emails at the address you provide. Emails may include:

• in-universe/roleplay style messages presented as communications from Evadine Knightly

• announcements, behind-the-scenes updates, and publishing notes

• links to free downloads and media

 

You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email. Email deliverability cannot be guaranteed because filtering is controlled by your email provider, but we use reputable email infrastructure (including MailerLite) to improve delivery and list management.

6) Free downloads and media (PDF, audio, video, etc.)

We may provide free materials (including PDFs, audio, video, images, or other media) (“Free Materials”) as a convenience and for personal enjoyment/education.

 

You may:

• download and use Free Materials for personal, non-commercial purposes

• share a link to the page where the Free Materials are offered (preferred)

 

You may not (without written permission):

• re-host, re-upload, republish, or redistribute Free Materials (including on YouTube, podcasts, file-sharing sites, course platforms, or social media)

• sell, license, or commercially exploit the Free Materials

• remove watermarks, copyright notices, attribution, or metadata

• create derivative commercial products substantially based on the Free Materials

 

If you want to quote, excerpt, translate, or use anything for interviews, classrooms, podcasts, or commercial projects, contact us at [your contact email]—we often say yes with simple terms.

7) Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, all content on the Site—including text, PDFs, chapters, story content, characters, world-building, audio/video, graphics, logos, and design elements—is owned by Evadine Knightly Publishing or used under license and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

 

No rights are granted to you except as expressly stated in these Terms.

8) User submissions

If you submit messages, feedback, ideas, comments, or other materials to us (a “Submission”), you agree that:

• you have the right to submit it, and it doesn’t violate any third-party rights, and

• we may use the Submission to respond to you, operate the Site, and improve our content.

 

Important: Please do not send confidential information through the Site. If you send creative ideas (e.g., plot concepts), you understand we may already be working on something similar and we do not promise compensation.

9) Disclaimers (educational/technical content)

Any writing, publishing, or technical information we share is provided for general informational purposes only and is not professional advice (legal, financial, tax, or otherwise). You are responsible for how you use that information.

10) Third-party services and links

The Site may be hosted on Wix and may integrate with services such as MailerLite. Third-party services and linked sites operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party sites, content, or services.

11) Disclaimer of warranties
